Hello 8th Grade families! What an exciting week...we had school families, a fire drill and the 8th graders are fully committed to the gaga court this week. I'm not kidding, the ENTIRE 8th grade has been playing at recess. I have to admit, it's pretty cute to see.

Here's what's happening this week!
UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. We still need 1 more driver for our visit to Saints on Wed., Oct. 3rd. Please email me if you are interested/available!
2. Service Hours: Mrs. Wilson will be discussing student service hours in religion class this week. Here is the form she will be distributing: Service Hour Handout. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Wilson.
3. A HUGE thank you to all the parents who attended our first Graduation meeting. Here are the meeting minutes. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, October 16, at 6pm.

5. Please send me your child's full name that you would like printed on their diploma, triple check for spelling!!

Join us for our 5th Annual Bocce Tournament & Garden Party on Saturday, 9/29 at a warm, sprawling, private residence in Rancho Santa Fe. This casual, party-atmosphere event is a celebration of our community and raises funds to benefit our students and programs. It is open to St. James families, parishioners, alumni, friends and neighbors. Space is limited, so purchase your tickets now: SJA 5th Annual Bocce Tournament.
