8th Newsletter (nov 12-16)

SURPRISE: If you read this week's newsletter and remind your 8th grader to tell me the word "gratitude" they will receive a special prize! Thanks!!

UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1. A reminder from Mrs. Mott: 8th graders need their iPads 100% charged for class and must bring in their fee for their Anne Frank book.

2. Parent/Teacher/Student conferences continue this week. If you haven't signed up yet, please do so here! Wed 11/14 - Fri 11/16 will be half days. After care is available until 5:30pm for SJA students only.

4. 8th Grade Grad Fundraiser: Poinsettia Sales!

To raise money for our grad fund, we will be selling Poinsettias this year and our 8th grade students will pair with a student council member to advertise and collect pre-sale orders. Students have already signed up for shifts, which can be seen here. Please make sure students are on time!

5. Thank you to all who attended our November graduation meeting. The minutes can be found here. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 8th at 8am.
